# 數據設定

數據設定係 Cherry Studio 嘅 **數據中樞**：所有關於 **備份、還原、跨裝置同步、第三方筆記整合** 嘅功能都喺度。

## 備份嘅係乜？

**預設完整備份**：

* 對話歷史同話題
* 助手同預設設定
* 知識庫（含向量資料庫內容）
* 筆記、繪畫、文件等附件
* 偏好同個人化設定
* Provider 配置（API 密鑰亦都會包含喺內）

**精簡備份**（可選）：備份介面有一個 **精簡備份** 開關，開啟之後會 **跳過圖片、知識庫等資料檔案，只備份聊天記錄同設定**，體積細、速度快，適合頻繁快速備份。

備份檔案會包含 Provider API 密鑰等敏感資訊。**請唔好將備份檔案分享畀人，亦都唔好存喺唔受信任嘅共享網盤**。

## 幾耐備份一次？

* **手動備份**：隨時撳「備份」掣
* **自動備份**：開啟之後會按設定嘅 **時間間隔** 自動執行（可選由幾分鐘到 24 小時，例如 5 分鐘／30 分鐘／1 小時／24 小時），而唔係固定嘅「每日／每週」

## 數據存喺邊？

如果想換硬碟位置，睇 [修改儲存位置](/docs/zhong-wen-fan-ti/pre-basic/settings/data-settings/storage.md)。

## 匯入 ChatGPT 或 Claude 對話

路徑：【設定】→【數據】→【匯入外部應用數據】。選擇【匯入 ChatGPT 數據】或【匯入 Claude 數據】，再跟提示揀 `conversations.json`。

Claude 匯出步驟：

1. 登入 Claude，打開【設定】→【私隱】→【匯出數據】；
2. 等電郵同下載匯出檔案；
3. 解壓檔案，揀入面嘅 `conversations.json`。

Claude 數據會匯入文字、思考過程、工具調用同工具結果；ChatGPT 同 Claude 對話入面可用嘅分支亦都會保留。圖片同附件唔會匯入。

## 按類別清除快取

路徑：【設定】→【數據】→【清除快取】。彈窗會分別計算每類數據嘅大小；統計未完成或者只可以估算時，以頁面提示為準。

| 【v1 版本遺留數據】 | 保留喺本機嘅 V1 舊對話同設定      | 永久刪除，無法還原             |

只有檢測到保留嘅 V1 數據時，先會顯示【v1 版本遺留數據】。揀佢會刪除【重新遷移】所需嘅 V1 數據源；喺確認 V1 數據已經遷移完整，同保留完整備份同 V1 數據目錄之前，**唔好揀呢一項**。如果唔係為咗解決 V1 遷移失敗，普通用戶亦都唔好用【重新遷移】。詳見 [V2 破壞性更新提醒](/docs/zhong-wen-fan-ti/cherry-studio/installation/v2-breaking-update-notice.md)。

## 重置應用數據

【重置數據】會清除聊天、助手、知識庫、檔案同設定，並重新啟動應用，而且無法撤銷。佢唔係常規排障步驟；操作前先建立完整備份。

此外，數據設定頁仲有【匯出選單設定】，用嚟控制對話或筆記嘅匯出目標。
