# V2 降級到 V1
降級適合 V2 暫時影響緊要工作、而且你仍然保留可用嘅 V1 數據嘅情況。佢唔會將 V2 數據轉做 V1 格式。

V2 入面新增嘅會話、Agent、設定同檔案都唔會返去 V1。V2 備份亦都唔可以還原返 V1；降級前請分別保留最新嘅 V2 備份同原始 V1 備份，或者數據目錄副本。

## 正常降級

### 停止任務同備份 V2
結束緊進行中嘅對話、Agent 同檔案處理任務。喺【設定】→【數據】建立新嘅 V2 完整備份，並保存喺應用數據目錄以外。

### 確認 V1 數據仲喺度
搵返升級前保留嘅 V1 數據目錄副本或者 V1 備份。淨係得 V1 備份時，需要喺相容嘅 V1 入面還原，唔可以導入 V2。

### 下載同安裝 V1
完全退出 V2，從 [V1 官方下載](https://cherryai.com.cn/download/v1) 攞返同而家系統相匹配嘅安裝包，然後完成安裝。

### 用原本嘅 V1 數據啟動
啟動 V1，並使用升級前嘅 V1 數據目錄。唔好用 V2 數據庫或者 V2 備份覆蓋佢。

### 檢查完再繼續工作
檢查常用會話、模型服務、知識庫同檔案。確認 V1 數據正常之前，唔好刪除任何 V1 或 V2 備份。

正常降級唔需要刪除數據庫。保留 V2 數據可以方便之後返去 V2，亦都可以避免誤刪仲未匯出嘅內容。

V2.0.2 入面嘅【設定】→【數據】→【重新遷移】唔係降級入口。佢會永久刪除而家嘅 V2 數據，再由原始 V1 數據重新導入；除非之前 V1 遷移失敗或者遺漏咗數據，否則一定唔好撳。

## 乜嘢時候先處理 V2 數據庫
淨係以下情況先需要處理：
* 明確放棄而家全部 V2 數據，淨係保留 V1 數據；
* 需要重新做多次 V1 → V2 遷移。
呢個唔係普通降級步驟。操作會影響 V2 全部會話、Agent、設定同其他數據，唔係淨係清理某一批測試記錄。
### 安全處理方法
1. 完全退出 V1 同 V2，確認冇後台任務。
2. 打開 V1 1.9.13 嘅【設定】→【數據】→【應用數據】，入去而家嘅應用數據目錄。
3. 將以下項目搬去桌面或者其他安全位置，唔好直接刪除：
* `Data/cherrystudio.sqlite`
* `Data/cherrystudio.sqlite-shm` 同 `Data/cherrystudio.sqlite-wal`（如有）
* `Data/Agents/.claude`
4. 啟動 V1 同檢查原本嘅 V1 數據。需要重新遷移嘅時候，再啟動 V2 完成遷移。
5. 淨係確認 V1 數據可用、V2 備份都搵得到之後，先決定係咪刪除之前搬走嘅檔案。

唔好喺應用運行時搬動數據庫，唔好淨係搬 `cherrystudio.sqlite` 而漏咗同目錄底下嘅 `-shm` 或者 `-wal` 檔案，亦都唔好將 V2 數據庫換成 V1 數據庫。當判斷唔到而家數據目錄或者檔案用途時，就停止操作並聯絡 Cherry Studio 支援團隊。

## 常見問題
V2 嘅新對話可以帶返去 V1 嗎？
唔可以。請喺 V2 入面匯出需要保留嘅內容，V1 只繼續用原本嘅 V1 數據。
下載 V1 會自動轉換 V2 數據嗎？
唔會。安裝包只會安裝應用，唔會轉換數據或者備份格式。
可以直接刪除數據庫再試嗎？
唔建議。先搬走並保留，完成驗證之後再決定係咪刪除；如果誤刪而又冇可用備份，V2 數據可能無法還原。
降級之後再返去 V2，應該裝邊個版本？
如果繼續用之前嘅 V2 數據，可以直接安裝 V2.0.2，同埋唔好撳【重新遷移】。如果之前 V1 遷移失敗或者遺漏咗數據，可以喺完整備份而家嘅 V2 之後使用【設定】→【數據】→【重新遷移】；呢個操作會永久刪除而家嘅 V2 數據，再由 V1 重新導入。
