# 進階能力地圖

由目標出發揀當前能力

進階教程唔係跟設定選單逐項羅列，而係由「想完成乜嘢工作」出發。先揀最接近嘅目標，再入返對應教程。

### 推薦學習順序

#### 1. 先掌握 Agent 工作區

學識建立 Agent、揀工作目錄、理解模型分工同權限。後面嘅擴展、自動化同項目案例都係建立喺呢度。

長期資料用知識庫，重複方法用技能，外部系統用 MCP。每次只增加一種能力，並用細任務驗證。
