# Windows インストール

Windows版インストールチュートリアル

## 1. インストールパッケージをダウンロードする

開く [公式ダウンロードページ](https://cherryai.com.cn/download/v2)、選択 **Windows**。

ほとんどの Intel / AMD パソコンは **Windows 標準版**を選択します。Windows ARM デバイスは **ARM** の表記がある版を選択します。システムにインストールせず持ち運んで使いたい場合は、同じアーキテクチャのポータブル版を選択してください。

デバイスのアーキテクチャが不明な場合は、Windows の「設定 → システム → システム情報」を開き、「システムの種類」を確認してください。

## 2. インストールして起動する

1. ダウンロードしたインストーラーをダブルクリックします；
2. Windows にユーザーアカウント制御の確認が表示されたら、ファイルが公式のものだと確認したうえで続行を選択します；
3. インストールウィザードに従ってインストールを完了します；
4. スタートメニューから Cherry Studio を起動します。

## よくある質問

### ランタイムが不足しているという表示

インストーラーは、デバイスのアーキテクチャに合った Microsoft Visual C++ ランタイムを検出します。足りない場合は自動的にダウンロードしてインストールします。

自動ダウンロードまたはインストールに失敗した場合は、エラーメッセージに従って Microsoft の公式ダウンロード先を開き、インストール後に Cherry Studio のインストーラーを再実行してください：

* [ARM64 ランタイム](https://aka.ms/vs/17/release/vc_redist.arm64.exe)

### 起動できない

まず、インストールパッケージのアーキテクチャがデバイスに合っているかを確認し、セキュリティソフトにブロックされていないかも確認してください。それでも起動できない場合は、フィードバック時に Windows のバージョン、デバイスのアーキテクチャ、インストールパッケージ名、完全なエラーメッセージを添付してください。
