macOS version installation guide
1. Confirm the chip type and download the installer
Open official download page. For Apple chips (M series), select macOS · ARM64; for Intel Macs, choose the Intel chip download option.

The official website displays the Apple chip download option by default
If you're unsure of the chip type, click the top-left corner of the screen → About This Mac to check.
2. Install the app
Double-click to open the downloaded .dmg file;
Drag Cherry Studio to Applications folder;
Open Cherry Studio from the “Applications” folder.
First launch prompt
If macOS blocks opening the app, first confirm the installer came from the official source, then go to “System Settings → Privacy & Security” and allow it to open as prompted. Do not disable system security protections or run terminal commands for installers from unknown sources.
